We’re keen to work with creatives, pastoral staff and production staff who are excellent both in their practice and in their facilitation work with young people, and we want to build working rooms where every young person feels they belong. We know that disabled, working class, neurodivergent, transgender and global majority professionals are still underrepresented in many roles across our sector, and we’re actively working to change that – including within our own companies of young people. We are particulary interested to hear from people who identify with any of these groups.
