Terms & Conditions
Auditions: Auditions booked through the NYMT website are non-refundable. However, we are very happy to reschedule auditions, if we can, where necessary.
Tickets: Tickets booked through the NYMT website are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated, seating is unreserved.
Merchandise: All products ordered through the NYMT website are subject to availability. Refunds or amendments can be made for merchandise orders.
Course Fees Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that NYMT be forced to cancel a course for any reason, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity and refund all fees paid. Should the course need to be cancelled part-way through, NYMT will not be in a position to refund fees covering costs already incurred.
NYMT cannot take responsibility for any other costs incurred such as pre-booked travel and/or accommodation.
If you cancel an Easter or Summer Skills Course place booking:
- Up to 4 weeks before the start of the Course, 50% of fees (-£50 administration fee) will be refunded.
- Within 4 weeks prior to the start of the Course, no fees will be refunded.
If you cancel your place as a cast member on a Production Programme:
Payments will not be refundable. Payments are made through phased instalments.
Insurance
As you would for any other trip, we suggest that you obtain travel insurance. NYMT cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal possessions, reimburse pre-booked travel/accommodation or refund course fees should you have to withdraw e.g. in the event of illness.
COVID-19
In the event that government measures force us to cancel an activity, a full refund will be actioned. If, howewer, you have to cancel your booking or withdraw from a project for any reason, please be aware that any fees already paid are non-refundable as per our Terms & Conditions above.
