Refunds

Auditions
Auditions booked through the NYMT website are non-refundable. We may be able to reschedule auditions, but this is at our discretion, and will depend on whether we think we can fill your space.

Tickets
Tickets booked through the NYMT website are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated, seating is unreserved.

Project Fees
In the unlikely event that NYMT is forced to cancel a course for any reason, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity and refund all fees paid. Should the course need to be cancelled part-way through, NYMT will not be in a position to refund fees covering costs already incurred. 

NYMT cannot take responsibility for any other costs incurred such as pre-booked travel and/or accommodation.

If you cancel a residential couse booking where you have paid up-front:

• Up to 4 weeks before the start of the Course, 50% of fees (-£50 administration fee) will be refunded.
• Within 4 weeks prior to the start of the Course, no fees will be refunded.

If you cancel your place as a cast member on a production, new musical workshop or another project where you are paying through phased instalments:

• Payments already due will not be refundable; payments overdue and not yet paid will still be due. 

If you have agreed a payment plan, you will still be due the payments in line with the terms and conditions above.

Insurance

As you would for any other trip, we suggest that you obtain travel insurance. NYMT cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal possessions, reimburse pre-booked travel/accommodation or refund course fees should you have to withdraw e.g. in the event of illness.
