HONK!
Music by George Stiles - Book & lyrics by Anthony Drewe

Embarrassed by the way he looks, his duckling brothers and sisters bully him until he decides to leave on an adventure with a hungry feline.

“Imagine the colour and wit of Disney’s Jungle Book, mixed with the vivacity of ‘40s Hollywood musicals, exuberantly staged, and you still only have some idea of how stonkingly brilliant this treat is...”  Time Out

BILLY THE KID
Music by Ben Frost - Book & lyrics by Richard Hough
Commissioned by NYMT for this 2017 Season

William Antrim is small for his age; he’s quiet and shy, which makes him an easy target for lazy bullies. But in his dreams, William Antrim is Billy the Kid, a courageous cowboy, riding the range with the sun in his eyes. An all-American hero. Now, if only his dreams could become a reality…
Billy the Kid is an adventure story, a magical, musical comedy set in a colourful world of cowboys and bandits, cactus trees and caballeros. Saddle-up for a journey back in time, to a land where the bravest heroes are only a whip-crack away! This is a show for all the family, smart enough for the most demanding young audience and silly enough for the grumpiest grown-ups.

Rehearsals:
Residential rehearsals at Sevenoaks School from 8 to 13 April
Further residential rehearsals at Sevenoaks School from 12 to 20 August
Production week at Curve, Leicester from 21 to 26 August

A LITTLE PRINCESS
Music & lyrics by Marc Folan - Book & lyrics by Carl Miller
Additional lyrics by Adey Grummet

We shall also be casting a workshop production of this brand new musical adaptation of the classic children’s novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett. A Little Princess is the adventure of a young girl, whose courage is as big as her heart. In this riches-to-rags story, Sara Crewe loses everything she holds dear. Through it all, she maintains her spirits and shows that anyone can be a princess.

Workshop rehearsals at Sevenoaks School from 29 July to 3 August
